ACC Football Expected to Be Better in 2009

College football preview: ACC battles bad rep - 06-12-2009: "a young, improving league that sent a record 10 teams to bowl games last season. It's also a great quarterback league, with 10 teams returning signal callers that started meaningful games last season."
