Conferences Move in Cycles - No Conference Is Best Every Year

This article seems to support our view that conferences are cyclical and rise and fall over time. In other words, no one conference is best every year.

Richt's whine not fine SavannahNow.com: "Granted, the SEC is challenging. But the league isn't the SEAL training of sports, at least not every year. And we are talking Georgia football here, the same program that went 40 years without leaving Dixie to play a regular-season game."
