A homer is so in love with his or her team or conference that their opinions borderline on being lies if not actual lies themselves. A homer only wants to say good things and talk about his conference or team and gives little or any compliments/credit to other teams'/conferences' coaches or players.
The most alarming part about a homer, from a spiritual standpoint, are the:

- Poor Sportsmanship
